- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely Rude Staff. As the previous reviewer, we were surprised by the outrageous charges that were beyond the advertised price. Being in vacation mode, we just took in our stride and didnt complain. However, the kicker was when we asked to wait for 5 mins for our jetski to be ready. 10 mins and no sign of the jetski. When asked about how much time more will it take, we got evasive and tangent answers. When further pushed to provide an approximate wait time, we got an even more arrogant and evasive answers. Called the manager ... she was even more arrogant and her using a her broken English refused to give her last name so that I could raise this issue with the BBB.
