    Unclear, Hard to Get To, and VERY Unreasonable! We were visiting Fort Lauderdale, interested in something Family friendly. I booked the evening before. I received an email confirmation of my booking. When I opened the email the morning of the voyage, it was two pages of convoluted instruction. When we got to the docks, it was impossible to find the boat. They included a map that all in our party tried to decipher, but it was difficult. There were no signs anywhere. We arrived as the boat pulled away. We tried to reason with the person who seemed to be in charge. He said we could ride a later boat that day, but none were available. So, in actuality, he was keeping our money for this voyage, and could only offer us a voyage the next day for an additional 50% of the cost. I tried to reason that we would adjust our schedule for the soonest voyage available, and since there were none that day, couldn't he allow us for any that were available the following day without taking all of our money and even asking us for more? He kept saying he had held our seats and might have gotten other customers, but we booked the evening before for a 10am boat ride, and it wasn't marked as sold out? Obviously he didn't have any other riders, and even if he did, did he need 150% of the cost to make up for that? Really not understanding or willing to work with customers. The worst part was my son telling me immediately afterward he didn't like how rudely the man was speaking to me. Nice child-friendly company?
